The Ubac Coat - French Wool
The Ubac coat was designed to last and withstand the cold. It is made of a sturdy waterproof Pyrenean wool cloth, a shirt collar and a cotton twill lining, ensuring warmth and comfort without sacrificing elegance.
We advise you to take the size above your usual size. Antonin is 1m83 tall and wears a size L.
Composition and manufacture
This product was made from a woolen cloth composed of 100% Pyrenean wool. The lining is made of 100% cotton twill (60% recycled cotton - 40% cotton). The snaps are made in France by Berning France.

Details :
- Fabric : 100% Pyrenean wool cloth, 480 grs/m2.
- Cut and Finishes : straight cut, shirt collar, mocha or black cotton twill lining, two buttoned chest pockets, two side pockets, French snaps marked Maison Izard, leather badge marked Maison Izard.
Care
This piece cannot be machine washed and its maintenance must be entrusted to a professional (dry cleaner). The fabric is water-repellent, which means that water runs off in the form of droplets. Since water cannot soak into the fabric, breathability is preserved. However, it is not made to withstand immersion or sustained rain. You can dry your cape flat in the shade.
For ironing, once your piece is dry, you can iron it with a steam iron at low temperature on the reverse side. This technique will ensure that your product holds up well.
